OPINION ¶ 1 Eric Dion Bell (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following a stipulated, non-jury trial in which the trial court found him guilty of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.1 The trial court imposed an aggregate term of confinement of not less than thirty-six months or more than seventy-two months, followed by a term of twelve months' probation. Both Appellant and the trial court have complied with the requirements of Pa.R.A.P. 1925. We affirm.
